In comparison to Raaz-e-Ulfaat, this drama is a million times better already. I love all these actors, and I am glad Yumna Zaidi is showcasing her skills in a drama worth her time. You can tell Kashif Nasir loves working with Yumna Zaidi and Noman Aijaz as most of his projects include either one of them, or on some occasions both of them- however, it shows he knows how to get the best out of his actors as their projects are always a success.

Produced by the Kashf Foundation, the drama is directed by Kahif Nasir and written by Amna Mufti, who have once again collaborated, their previous collaboration was Ullu Baraye Farokht Nahi where Amna Mufti won Best Writer at the Lux Awards. Regardless, the topic is very significant, and it is important to raise awareness to it, so I am looking forward to seeing what this drama has in store for us. This topic is not spoken about much in Pakistan, whether due to lack of knowledge or it being ‘taboo’ and so everyone likes to pretend it does not exist. It may be due to the broadcasting channel, as honestly speaking, without Yumna Zaidi posting the teaser on her IG I would not have known about it.įrom what I could tell from the promos, the drama is based on human trafficking, which is such a different topic in comparison to everything else on TV at the moment. So, this is 2021’s most surprising drama.įirst off, despite its stellar cast, I would like to question why this drama is not hyped enough.
